Steel Spider (Oliver Osnick):  formerly the evil kid octopus Oliver osnick becomes the super criminal steel spider he is the creator of the evil spider-woman

Spider-Woman II new look (Gwen Stacy): gwen stacy returns with a new costume to combat the new evil spider-woman.

Spider-Woman III (Martha Franklin):  mattie franklin is the niece of the late j Jonah jameson she gets her powers from being exposed to steel spiders latest project Arachne she uses her new abilities to defeat steel spiders new evil spider-woman

Toxin (Patrick Muligan):  Patrick mulligan is a friend of the new spider-woman mattie franklin who was experimented on by steel spider seeking to use a sample of the symbiote to create symbiote warriors he gains control of his suit and aids mattie in taking down steel spider

 

Spider-Woman IV (Charlotte Witter):  

charlotte carpenter is the twin sister of Julia carpenter who was transformed into the evil spider-woman by steel octopus's project Arachne she is seemingly under his control but has since broken free and has gone on a rampage absorbing energy.

Madame Web II (Julia Carpenter):  Julia carpenter is the twin sister of charlotte carpenter she was since transformed into madame web unlike her sister project Arachne did not warp her mind like her sister she rebels against steel spider and seeks to stop him and find a cure for her sister.
