Jackpot (Sara Ehret): Sara Ehret journalist of the daily globe's life is changed after an incident at horizon labs, she becomes the new hero Jackpot.

Menace (lily holister): owner of the holister nightclub lives a double life as the super criminal menace

Jackal (Ben Reilly): the scientist by the name of Ben Reilly is the genetic template of the new scarlet spider and unlike his clone Ben Reilly has turned to a life of crime as the masked criminal jackal with the help of his creations the Gwenom clones he plans to rule new York.

Gwenom (Sarah Stacy): cloned from Gwen Stacy Sarah Stacy joins her sisters Jill and Abby to serve the jackal and takes the name Gwenom unlike her sisters Sarah wants to be a hero like scarlet spider normally helping him and the new spider-woman.

Gwenom (Abby L. Stacy): Abby L. Stacy is the rogue clone of Gwen Stacy going to any lengths to serve the jackal even sacrificing one of her sisters, as Gwenom she is a force to be reckoned with.

Gwenom (Jill Stacy): Jill Stacy is the joker of the group but also the most loyal to her kin.

Spider-Woman II (Gwen Stacy): Gwen Stacy takes the mantel of spider-woman after an incident at the old Oscorp labs giving her newfound spider powers befriending the new scarlet spider she becomes his partner to take down the jackal.
