Spider-Woman III (Martha Franklin): mattie franklin is the niece of the late j Jonah jameson she gets her powers from being exposed to steel spiders latest project Arachne she uses her new abilities to defeat steel spiders new evil spider-woman

Toxin (Patrick Muligan): Patrick mulligan is a friend of the new spider-woman mattie franklin who was experimented on by steel spider seeking to use a sample of the symbiote to create symbiote warriors he gains control of his suit and aids mattie in taking down steel spider

charlotte carpenter is the twin sister of Julia carpenter who was transformed into the evil spider-woman by steel octopus's project Arachne she is seemingly under his control but has since broken free and has gone on a rampage absorbing energy.

Madame Web II (Julia Carpenter): Julia carpenter is the twin sister of charlotte carpenter she was since transformed into madame web unlike her sister project Arachne did not warp her mind like her sister she rebels against steel spider and seeks to stop him and find a cure for her sister.

Anti-Venom (Eddie Brock): After escaping his cell in Latveria Eddie Brock jr returns to America and meets the super mobster mister negative who gives him a new Symbiote suit in return for work among the inner demons.

Spider Queen (Adriana Soria): Adriana Soria was a ally of mister negative who was transformed into the spider-queen thanks to an incident between her employer and the new scarlet spider she discovered she had the power to transform anyone into a spider-drone with one single kiss.

Spider-Man (Peter Parker): Peter Parker is back to being Spider-Man with an all new suit but when the new mysterious Femme Fatale the queen on the loose Spider-Man is transformed into a mutant monstrosity man-spider.

Queen Cat (Lily Holister): Lily Holister abandons her old life as menace and becomes the new anti hero queen cat.

Tombstone (Louis Lincoln): Louis Lincoln is the older brother to Janice Lincoln after a fall into a vat of chemical Louis becomes tombstone.

The Savage Four: kid octopus forms a group called the savage 4 to put the city under siege and eliminate scarlet spider.

Mister Negative (Martian Li): Martian Li is a refugee from shanghai who was transformed during an incident at horizon labs he becomes the super criminal mobster Mister Negative.

Inner Demon's: The super crime lord mister sinister hired 3 unknown martial artists called the inner demons to work as his henchmen. They are very loyal to his cause.

Kid Octopus (Oliver Osnick): Teen prodigy Oliver Osnick looked up to the late doctor Octavius inspired by his invention Oliver created his own mechanical arms and became the new villain by the name of kid octopus.

Electro (Francine Frye): Francine Frye is a mutant with powers similar to the original Electro.

Molten Man (Charlie Weidermen):Charlie weiderman was the top of his class when a freak accident dare at the old oscorp building bonded a molten bio suit transformed him into the molten man.

Spidercide (Kaine Parker): the mysterious Kaine Parker is a scientist at horizon labs after an accident caused by Ben rally Kaine becomes the super criminal Spidercide with his invention called the nano bot suit he swears vengeance on Ben Reilly and the scarlet spider.

Scarlet-spider (Ben Reilly junior): Cloned from the scientist Ben Reilly, the clone Ben Reilly jr makes his mark as the new york's new spider based hero scarlet spider.

Jackpot (Sara Ehret): Sara Ehret journalist of the daily globe's life is changed after an incident at horizon labs, she becomes the new hero Jackpot.

Menace (lily holister): owner of the holister nightclub lives a double life as the super criminal menace

Jackal (Ben Reilly): the scientist by the name of Ben Reilly is the genetic template of the new scarlet spider and unlike his clone Ben Reilly has turned to a life of crime as the masked criminal jackal with the help of his creations the Gwenom clones he plans to rule new York.

Gwenom (Sarah Stacy): cloned from Gwen Stacy Sarah Stacy joins her sisters Jill and Abby to serve the jackal and takes the name Gwenom unlike her sisters Sarah wants to be a hero like scarlet spider normally helping him and the new spider-woman.

Gwenom (Abby L. Stacy): Abby L. Stacy is the rogue clone of Gwen Stacy going to any lengths to serve the jackal even sacrificing one of her sisters, as Gwenom she is a force to be reckoned with.

Gwenom (Jill Stacy): Jill Stacy is the joker of the group but also the most loyal to her kin.

Spider-Woman II (Gwen Stacy): Gwen Stacy takes the mantel of spider-woman after an incident at the old Oscorp labs giving her newfound spider powers befriending the new scarlet spider she becomes his partner to take down the jackal.
